On the 10th-generation Accord Honda put the cabin filter in the easiest possible place: a snap-in housing on the HVAC box right behind the glove box. There are no screws to remove on most cars — you unclip the glove box damper arm, squeeze the bin sides past two moulded stops, and the whole filter housing cover pops off by hand. Fifteen minutes, and the only real tools are a flashlight and a plastic pry tool so you do not gouge the dash.
It is identical across 1.5T, 2.0T and Hybrid, so ignore engine-specific guides. The two things people get wrong: forcing the glove box down before releasing the side tabs (that snaps them), and installing the filter upside down. The airflow arrow on this car points down, not toward the front of the vehicle. If you are chasing a musty smell, replacing the filter alone often will not fix it — spray an evaporator cleaner into the open slot while the filter is out.

No difference. The 1.5T, 2.0T and 2.0 Hybrid all use the same cabin filter, the same location behind the glove box and the same tool-free access; the Hybrid's high-voltage components are under the rear seat and are not involved.

The behind-the-glove-box location, arrow-down orientation and tool-free tab release are correct for all 2018-2022 Accord trims including Hybrid; double-check whether your specific car has the small Phillips screw on the damper bracket, and confirm the filter part number against your VIN before buying.
The airflow arrow printed on the filter frame points down. If your filter has 'UP' or 'AIR FLOW' markings, orient it so the arrow faces the floor when the filter is seated in the housing.
