On the 10th-gen Accord the wiper arms park low, tucked under the rear edge of the hood, so the blades physically can't swing up off the glass until you move them. The easy fix is to turn the ignition on, flick the wipers, and shut the ignition off mid-sweep — the arms freeze partway up the windshield where there's plenty of room. From there it's a 5-minute J-hook swap with no tools.
Sizes are 26 inches on the driver side and 20 inches on the passenger side across 1.5T, 2.0T and Hybrid. The mistake people make is buying two of the same length, or letting the bare arm snap back against the glass while fumbling with the new blade — that's how you end up paying for a windshield instead of a $40 pair of blades. Blade sizes and the J-hook mount are identical across the 1.5T, 2.0T and Hybrid, and across all trims. The only trim difference is rain-sensing wipers on EX-L and Touring, which use a sensor behind the mirror and need no calibration after a blade change.

The 26 in / 20 in J-hook sizing is correct for all 2018-2022 Accord trims including hybrid, but check your existing blades or the parts-store lookup before buying, as some OE beam blades use a proprietary cover over a standard hook.
