This is about as easy as 3rd-gen Tacoma maintenance gets. Both arms use the old-school J-hook end, so there are no adapters, clips, or pinch tabs to figure out — squeeze the release tab, slide the blade off the hook, slide the new one on. Driver side is 26 in, passenger side is 18 in on every 2016-2023 Tacoma, 2.7 L or 3.5 L, SR through TRD Pro, and there is no rear wiper on any cab configuration.
The one thing people get wrong is letting the bare arm spring back onto the glass. Those arms are strongly sprung and a metal arm end hitting a cold windshield will chip or star it. Put a folded towel on the glass before you pull the old blade and leave it there until the new one is clicked in. Second most common mistake: not cleaning the windshield first, then blaming the new blades for chatter that's really old wax and road film.
