On the XA50 RAV4 this is a five-minute job once the arms are where you can reach them. Toyota parks the front wipers deep under the cowl trim, so the usual mistake is trying to yank an arm up over the plastic instead of first cycling the wipers off mid-sweep (or using the service position: ignition off, then push the stalk to MIST within about a minute).
Sizes are the same for every 2019-2024 RAV4, gas or hybrid: 26 in on the driver's side, 16 in on the passenger side, 12 in on the rear glass where fitted.
