On the 14th-gen F-150 a rotation is about as simple as truck maintenance gets: five studs per corner, 22 mm nuts, non-directional tires on almost every build, and a rearward-cross pattern. The only real physical hurdle is that Ford specs 150 lb-ft, so a stubby wrench and a cheap 100 lb-ft torque wrench will not do the job — you want a 24 in breaker bar and a torque wrench that reaches 150 with room to spare.
The thing people get wrong is the lug nuts themselves. Ford's two-piece capped nuts corrode between the cap and the body, the cap swells, and suddenly your 22 mm socket either won't go on or chews the cap into a cone. If you find that, swap to solid one-piece M14x1.5 nuts with the right seat for your wheels rather than fighting them every rotation.

Lug nut size and torque are identical across 2.7L and 3.5L EcoBoost, 5.0L V8, and the 3.5L PowerBoost hybrid: M14x1.5 studs, 22 mm hex, 150 lb-ft. Raptor and Tremor sit higher and carry larger tires, so you need a jack with more lift and a second set of hands for the wheels; the fastener sizes are unchanged. Trucks with the wheel-lock option have one keyed nut per wheel and need the key socket stored with the spare tire tools or in the glovebox.

The 22 mm lug nut hex and 150 lb-ft torque are correct for the 2021-2024 F-150 across 2.7/3.5 EcoBoost, 5.0 V8 and PowerBoost; double-check your actual nuts with a socket before buying, since some aftermarket and swollen capped nuts differ, and confirm placard pressures on your own door sticker.
22 mm, and a 6-point deep socket is best. The studs are M14x1.5 on all trims. A 7/8 in socket is close but slightly loose and will round off capped nuts.

Rearward cross for this rear-drive/4WD truck: rears go straight forward on the same side, fronts cross diagonally to the opposite rear. If you have directional tires, only swap front-to-rear on the same side.
The F-150 will still warn on low pressure without a relearn, but sensor positions can show wrong on the message center. Ford's TPMS training procedure, run from the message center with an activation tool at each wheel, re-maps them in a couple of minutes.
