On the XA50 RAV4 this is about as simple as a job gets. Every trim from LE to TRD Off-Road to the hybrid and Prime uses five M12 x 1.5 studs with 21 mm conical-seat nuts torqued to 76 ft-lb, so one socket and one torque wrench covers the whole generation. The only prep worth doing is breaking the nuts loose while the car is still sitting on its tires, and using a slotted jack pad so you don't fold the pinch weld seam.
The thing people get wrong is torque. RAV4 lug nuts are only 76 ft-lb, and a shop impact gun at 130 ft-lb will warp the front rotors and leave you with a pedal pulsation you'll blame on cheap parts. The second mistake is rotating the temporary spare into service — most XA50s carry a T165/80D17 donut that is not a fifth tire. Also, if your tires have a directional arrow on the sidewall, skip the cross pattern and go front-to-rear on the same side only.
