On the 14th-gen F-150 the upstream sensors are wideband air/fuel ratio sensors, one per bank, and how hard the job is depends entirely on which engine you have. The 5.0L V8 is straightforward: the sensors screw into the cast manifolds and you can get a 22 mm slotted socket on them from under the truck in about an hour.
